We frequently act for buyers and sellers moving to and from England and abroad who are unfamiliar with the Scottish landownership system. The process of purchasing or selling a property is significantly different from England and anyone wishing to purchase or sell a property in Scotland will need to use a Scottish Solicitor. Bear in mind also that certain properties purchased in any one of the crofting counties will need to take account of the relevant crofting legislation, which our firm is well used to.
