CHARMING, DETACHED WOODEN HOLIDAY LODGE

Occupying a tranquil location within the very popular Dalavich chalet park, the sale of Deer Lodge offers purchasers an exciting opportunity to acquire a charming, detached wooden holiday cabin set in it’s own substantial grounds of just over half an acre. Providing spacious accommodation in a convenient layout, the property benefits from double glazing and electric heating and has been well maintained. The bright and airy open-plan living area with vaulted ceiling, feature beams, multi-fuel stove and patio doors to the elevated decked veranda, is a most attractive feature. Providing an excellent and desirable holiday home as used by the current owners, Deer Lodge could also be used as a holiday let in a very buoyant self-catering market. Please note: although Freehold, the property holds a restricted holiday residency only – this requires the  owners to dwell in the  property no more than 3 months of every 13 month period.

The village of Dalavich is situated on the banks of Loch Awe, one of Scotland’s largest and most picturesque freshwater lochs. Dalavich itself offers a well-stocked General Store which includes a Post Office and an excellent Bistro whilst the extremely active, community-run village hall also offers a Restaurant and Bar and caters for private functions.
