Heatherbank is further complemented by the  stunning, uninterrupted views towards the Corbett mountains and Loch Sunart in the distance. The  addition of 2.5 acres of landscaped garden grounds and croftland, with its abundance of wildlife,  only enhances this superb property.

Peacefully situated on an elevated site, Heatherbank forms a substantial detached villa set in the heart of this beautiful part of the West Highlands. The property enjoys breath-taking views, sweeping over the grounds to the surrounding mountains and countryside and has been thoughtfully modernised over the years to create a fantastic guest house business and family home. In very good order throughout, the property has been built to capitalise on the views that surround it whilst benefiting from a superb wood burning stove, double glazing and heating run from a wood pellet boiler. Due to the versatile accommodation, Heatherbank could offer a real lifestyle business for someone or indeed a great family home.

In addition to the property, there is around 2 acres of croftland, a vegetable garden with polytunnel, garage, garden sheds and mature garden grounds. The croftland, which surrounds the property also features a pond, nestled amongst the natural grounds with duck and chickens.

Heatherbank is a family run business. This successful business has a high reputation and a website already in place – www.strontianbandb.co.uk. The gross income for the business is around £51,000 per annum.
