Dating back to the late 19th century, historically, this imposing property belonged to the Macleans of Ardgour, and is a delightful example, displaying many original features such as substantial rooms, a stunning staircase, timber sash and case windows, panelled doors, high ceilings, moulded plaster covings, picture rails and numerous fireplaces. This enchanting, bright and spacious property, arranged over three floors, can offer an additional, annex apartment, if the successful purchaser so wishes. Keil House benefits from oil fired central heating to the ground floor, with bathroom radiators, multi-fuel stove and a striking electric AGA in the kitchen/diner and would be ideally suited as a fascinating family home as currently used, offering a most enviable, appealing lifestyle.

Keil is located on the outskirts of Ardgour, an attractive area which sits amidst spectacular Highland scenery. Local amenities include a hotel and primary school, whilst a high school covering the Ardnamurchan area is located in Strontian some 12 miles from Ardgour.
