The plot is situated in the centre of the Isle of Tiree, at Haylipol. Tiree is the most westerly of the Inner Hebrides. Known as the ‘Sunshine Isle’, Tiree benefits from the warm Gulf Stream and enjoys a mild climate with some of the highest levels of sunshine in the British Isles. Famed for it’s beautiful beaches, the island is host to the annual Tiree Wave Classic which attracts some of the worlds best surfers, and the ever-popular Tiree Music Festival, which attracts tourists in abundance.

The journey from Oban takes around 3 hours 50 minutes by boat, with regular flights also available from Glasgow and Connel airports taking approximately one hour.

Travel Directions

From the ferry terminal, proceed up the pier road to the T- junction and turn left onto the main road and proceed through the village of Scarnish. Continue along this road passing through the village of Crossapol and proceed alongside the sea until reaching the next T junction, as the B8065 meets the B8066. Turn right the take the immediate next left up the Heylipol road. The plot is located along this road on the left hand side.
