Property Description
Two Building Plots
A rare opportunity has arisen, to acquire two individual building plots, one measuring around 0.08 acres and the other, 0.10 acres, with stunning, uninterrupted sea views, on the beautiful Isle of Tiree. Located at the desirable township of Scarinish, the generous plots each benefit from Full Planning Permission, for the erection of a contemporary, architecturally designed, detached dwellinghouse. Careful consideration has been given for the placement of the two homes, with an emphasis on sympathetically blending them, into the existing landscape. The striking designs comprise a mixture of larch timber, stone and expansive glass, with ‘upside-down’ living accommodation, arranged over two levels. Open-plan lounges with dining areas and kitchens, take in the best of the elevated views, whilst three to four, en-suite bedrooms, also feature in each of the builds.
